Data security and access to sensitive information is paramount in this regard. Within the solution, it is possible to define organizational units and roles. Based on advanced security options, each user will only see what they have to see. Thanks to user roles, you can easily define read and write rights to the records.

Employee records

Complete data about employees in one single place. All information about the employee is registered on the employee’s card or within other follow-up records (asset management, training, holidays, etc.).
The solution makes it possible to record all the necessary data for establishing an employment relationship. If necessary, the system allows the generation of documents such as personal cards, employment contracts or work agreements.

Important dates management

Within the system, it is possible to set reminders for important dates. You can easily and reliably meet legislative requirements or forget important internal deadlines. Common examples of alerts are the upcoming medical examination, health and safety training, driver training, certification, holidays and birthday of employees, etc. You will always know what is going to happen.

Employee training

As part of employee training records, you get an overview of training, courses, certifications that your employees have completed. The solution allows you to set a date for further follow-up training, and keep your knowledge up to date. The module also allows you to address training planning for employees.

Evidence majetku

Evidence svěřeného majetku je jednou z velmi důležitých evidencí v rámci organizací. Je třeba vědět, jaký majetek má daný zaměstnanec k dispozici. U zaměstnanců uvidíte jak aktuální stav, tak také historii svěřeného majetku. Při odchodu zaměstnance pak nebudete složitě dohledávat, jaký majetek byl zaměstnanci svěřen. Samozřejmostí je generování předávacích protokolů.

Řešení timesheetů, dovolených a absencí

Problematika každé organizace. Tvorba žádostí o dovolenou s následným schvalovacím procesem až po vytvoření události v kalendáři. Díky Microsoft prostředí vše řízení z jednoho prostředí. Řešení taktéž podporuje evidenci timesheetů. Na základě výstupů z aplikace pak můžete připravit podklady pro zpracování mezd (zpracování mezd se v EKON HR neprovádí).
