Dynamics 365 is a system developed by Microsoft. It is a modular system, which is built on the pillars listed below. The main benefit is the complexity of the system, its very intuitive operation, and especially the strength of the global leader in information systems.

The solution we supply provides extensions for the use of the platform within the Czech or Slovak Republic. During the developing of our extensions we draw on feedback from our customers. This makes our product unique. The extensions are build on real feedback and it's guarant that the product works. We are continualy developing new features which we brings to the end users.

Sales

The “Dynamics 365 Sales” module is ideal for business companies. The solution includes the management of potential customers for your goods or services, 360° overview of existing customers and contacts. Within the management of customers and contacts, a number of extensions are prepared, their goal is the possibility of advanced segmentation and data registration, which can sometimes be crucial for gaining opportunities.

Likewise, opportunity and quote management is part of this module. Thanks to the existence of price lists, you can very easily prepare an quote and then send it to the client.

The module also thinks about storing sales documentation. Your sales team will have the necessary documentation for your products and services in one place.

Marketing

The “Dynamics 365 Marketing” module is a marketing platform used for planning, implementation and subsequent evaluation of multi-channel campaigns. It is an alternative tool that can be compared to solutions such as Marketo, HubSpot or MailChimp.

In this module, you create a customer journey, where you define what should happen, when it should happen and what should follow. It is also possible to create real-time marketing, which responds to the current behavior of the user / client.

One part of the module is also a logic about event management that you can organize. In the event management section, you are able to create everything from the introductory or registration website, through automation within the entire event to the solution of participants’ accommodation.

Customer service

The “Dynamics 365 Customer Service” module is based on receiving and handling cases or requests from customers. Thanks to the combination with other modules, such as Dynamics 365 Sales, you will have all the necessary data about the customer.

The module also has a knowledge database. Based on its own intelligence, the system can suggest probable options for solving the described problem to the customer service operator.

After solving the client’s problem, it is possible to send a satisfaction questionnaire, which you are able to subsequently evaluate.

The possibility of connecting to a virtual PBX is a matter of course. Thanks to this, the operator is able to identify who the caller is and which activities did with the caller even before receiving the call.

Field Service

The “Dynamics 365 Field Service” module is directly intended for organizations that organize technicians and field work. Thanks to its robustness, the module will cover all the needs that your organization has.

Thanks to system automation, you will be able to achieve automated assignment of work orders based on entered data. Another of the many advantages of this module is the minimization of technician departures and the certainty that the assigned technician will have the appropriate knowledge.

The Field Service module also includes asset management and the ability to connect to an IoT Hub and collect IoT data for technicians.

The module also offers the possibility of stock records, solutions for preventive service trips, solutions for regular service trips and much more.
