Management of data boxes for entrepreneurs and companies

The solution for managing data boxes is intended for entrepreneurs or corporate clients of all sizes. The system offers comfortable management of one or more data boxes from one place, one application. If you already use the Dynamics 365 or Dataverse environment, the interface is well known to you and nothing has changed for you.

Of course, you can set up multiple permission roles so that users only see what they have to see. If you decide to expand your CRM system with a Data Box module, you will have another communication channel that will display the complete communication with the client.

Data message archiving

One of the key features of the Data Box module is the ability to archive messages. Data messages delivered to the Data Box Portal are stored only for a period of 90 days. This deadline is often insufficient and companies need to be archived for longer.

You aren’t limited by time within the Data Box module. The data message is downloaded to the system, including all necessary data. The download ensures trust communication, which was conducted via your data box.

Manage multiple Data Boxes

Managing multiple Data Boxes isn’t problem. You simply create a new data box in the system that you want to operate. Users don’t have to re-login between multiple data boxes when managing multiple mailboxes. They operate all registered data boxes from one environment.

Workflow processes

An indisputable benefit that a solution for the management of data boxes brings is the possibility of workflow processes. These processes can be designed according to any requirements. By definition, the system then notifies selected users that a new data message has arrived or that they have been assign as data message solver.

Communication overview

Communication via data messages is one of the other communication channels. In addition to appointments, telephones, e-mails, you will have a record of communication in the system via a data box.
